Making a pizza in reverse from @doughj0e

The creator poses the question of what happens when a pizza is made in reverse. He demonstrates the process by layering cheese, pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, and sauce in a pan, then places the stretched pizza dough on top. After baking, he dramatically flips the pizza out of the pan, revealing a surprisingly normal-looking pizza, which he then cuts and taste-tests, declaring it a success.

Transcript excerpt

What happens if you make a pizza in reverse? And we're not just starting with cheese. We're also adding the toppings and sauce in the exact opposite order as you normally would on a pizza. Bam. Bam. Because I wanna see at the end if I can flip this pizza and it still come out a little normal ish. But before that, I'm gonna finish chopping it with my favorite combination, pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage. And now that it's topped, I gotta add sauce, and I think the best way to do it is with the bottom. Now I try to put the exact amount you'd normally better, so that way this is a fair comparison. Now all that's left is I gotta press out the dough, slap it out, and throw it on top. Now I'm lightly tapping down on it so that it all comes better, and I'm really hoping this comes out like one of those cool upside down cakes. But there's only one way to find out. It's actually looking like a pizza. Worst bite going in. It's a little softer on top, but still really good. I'm gonna say the upside down pizza is better.
