Transcript excerpt

Everything I had in Osaka as someone who's obsessed with food. I spent the entire day eating here, and I wanna show you my favorite spots. First up is this giant iconic sandwiches filled with juicy steak. They were so freaking good. My favorite though was the egg sandwich topped with a runny egg yolk. This was pure perfection. Next is the viral Japanese cheesecake. These were so creamy and airy and unlike any other cheesecake I've had. This takoyaki spot is mentioned in the Michelin Good, so my expectations were so high. Topped with cheese and onion, they did not disappoint. So delicious. Next was the jiggly brulee pancakes. So soft and fluffy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. This is called okonomiyaki or the Japanese pizza, a giant grilled seafood omelette topped with egg and mayonnaise. It was huge. Next is the Osaka coin filled with cream or custard. Meh. This was a six out of 10 for me. Of course, you have to end with a juicy Wagyu burger from Shogun.
