Men are weaker than they ever have been before because they are wasting their most powerful life force energy on the cheap dopamine hits that they get from masturbation. That cheap dopamine lowers their testosterone and low testosterone men are extremely destructive to society and the majority of these men think, oh, well I'm just addicted. I can't help myself. Better, the actual issue is that they are living like caged animals. The best thing any human can possibly do best start living a fulfilling life of purpose by spending time outdoors in nature, and focusing on things that actually better. And don't take away your most powerful energy.
