This is a $500 toothbrush just announced by Dyson. And in typical Dyson fashion, they changed the game. It's called the camera jack and it has an actual camera with a host of other features to make brushing the most intelligent it's ever been. First off, the camera is a 100,000 pixel macro lens camera that analyzes 28 images per second. It runs them through an AI machine learning algorithm that has been trained on over 470,000 images. More on that in a second. Then they developed a water best, but more than just a water jet. They did a study with Singapore's faculty of dentistry on the shape of the jet determining that typical needle style water jets aren't as effective as a more conical shaped jet, which clears plaque better and is also gentler on your gums and enamel. So what does all of this mean? As you're brushing, the camera is looking for the spots that need help, analyzing them with the AI algorithm and then it's delivering this conical jet in as fast of a tenth of a second. Wild.
