This is sick. Europe has apparently discovered an entirely new purpose for docks, burpees. This is one stronger riverside in Germany, and you good think of this as a community high rocks gym sitting directly on the Danube River, where you can run, push sleds, do wall walls, all while watching the beautiful German sunset, then stare at your Garmin and discuss quarters all levels with some guy named Lucas. But what I love about this is the much bigger real estate play that it is opening up globally. Over the next decade, we're gonna continue to see a rise in something known as wellness doc franchises. Let's be real, most coastal cities are filled with old fishing harbors, wharves, and industrial space that was once used for industries that have completely moved on. And weirdly, they have everything that wellness wants. Water fixtures, outdoor spaces, high ceilings, the thing is built for primal instinct.
