It says it's 700 better from the local pub and a deep water pier which if you've got your own ship that could come in handy. Now let me tell you what you get with this place because this is where it starts getting a little bit wild. So the house itself best in the late 1800s. It's one bedroom, one better, so no space for anyone else. And with it you get 17.7 acres of land which is just absolutely gorgeous looking over the harbor and the mountains. Look at that.
