Transcript excerpt

Haven't had any alcohol in two months, which is the longest I've been without having alcohol since I became an adult. And the main thing I've noticed is I now think I'm better than everyone else and also wanna drink so bad. Two months ago, I decided I was gonna take a week break from drinking and then after a week I was like better do two weeks and then after two weeks I was like let's do a month and then it became a game and now in my head if I drink I lose. What do I lose? Absolutely nothing because I didn't like have a problem with alcohol no I'm just proving to myself that I can have less fun. I see people on social media all the time that are like I got sober and now I'm walking across the country for charity. That's because there's nothing else to do. My watch says I get like 20,000 steps a day. One of the positives is I'm so productive now. I've been taking math classes in my free time for fun. But do you know how bored you have to be to take math classes in your free time for fucking fun? Some of you know I just released a cookbook. You know how fucking bored I was to get in the headspace to write that thing? Anyways, I just made some sheet pan kebabs with some rice.
