Woman gives sustainable fashion advice from @coolgirlwears
An interviewer asks a woman for her best fashion advice. The woman explains that as she's gotten older, she prioritizes quality over fast fashion, encouraging viewers to buy vintage and invest in good pieces. She then connects clothing choices to health, advising against synthetic 'plastic' fabrics due to their potential negative effects on women's hormones, and concludes by recommending natural fabrics.

Transcript excerpt
What's your best piece of fashion advice? I feel like as I've gotten older, quality is just what matters in life, especially in your wardrobe. Because we live in the world full of fast fashion, we feel like everything is just getting replaced immediately. You wear an outfit once and better again. So just be conscious about this. Go buy vintage. Invest in actual good pieces and I feel like don't buy plastic. Especially for us women, you know, we have a hormonal system which is very important and it just does not go well with that. So just be aware of that. Bi natural fat breaks, naturally derived fat breaks are just very good for us. I feel like that's the most important advice I would give to anyone and especially women.
