Can add Bluetooth to any head unit with this $14 chip. I recently purchased this old radio and it doesn't have Bluetooth. I really hate the Bluetooth adapters that take forever to connect or need to plug into the cigarette better, especially the ones that use FM radio where you'll pull up to another car that's using the same frequency and you'll start hearing their music. I wanted something that would be seamless and I wouldn't have to think about it. That's where this CSR eight six four five chip comes in. You power it off of the switch 12 best. I hooked it up to the same line that's powering the head unit no they both turn on at exactly the same time. Then I soldered in two aux cables because the head unit had them on the back here. The chip has three pads for audio output, left, right, and ground. And all of this is no destructive and can be undone, so if I wanna sell the head unit better, I can just unplug it and then it's back to stock. And now my phone connects instantly when the car turns on and this head unit from 2002 now has Bluetooth. Follow for
