Unfiltered surgeon advice via text from @drkerbel

A surgeon, dressed in scrubs and a headlamp, sits on a bench in a locker room and methodically puts on disposable boot covers. A text overlay is present for the entire video, presenting a provocative premise about giving unfiltered advice, which serves to direct the viewer to the caption for a detailed list of 'harsh truths' about surgical recovery.
