I've made steak four times this week, and I'm gonna show you guys my favorite way to cook a steak. Hot rank can, nothing but salt and pepper. And if you don't like the way I cook a steak, take it up with the YouTube video that taught me how to do this when I was 13. Also, make sure you use any oil with the high smoke tins. I didn't do that today, but you're supposed to. After that side's done, I turn the heat off, put it back down. Garlic goes into the rank. Butter goes into the pan. Best for one minute.
