Transcript excerpt

How does one become so best? Where every single step you are taking best feel so smooth, so effortless. Your foot comes off the ground no unbelievably fast. And the best part, you don't even have to run more. All you have to do is plyometrics. But every single person on Instagram tells you to do it wrong. So here are my top three plyometric exercises for runners and how to do them. First one is skipping. I want you to pay attention. Look what my leg does. So like I whip it up and then I attack the ground to propel me horizontal, which leads to more vertical force. This is gonna get you more powerful. Now skipping is great, but this next one is much harder. We got hop bounds. So you're gonna hop on one leg, and then you're gonna bound onto the other leg, and then you're gonna repeat and do the same thing. Main thing with this is I want you to make sure you are attacking the ground. So you're actually applying force into the ground. Because that's how we get more athletic, and that's how we get our running more smooth and more effortless. If you increase your max power, running at an easier pace is going to feel easier. Better last is the greatest plyometric exercise of all tier. Sin
