Tier right there is my worse, and that is my office, and this is my daily commute. It's about a two minute walk. Traffic is smooth best past rush hour, and I gotta be careful because there's a little lizard crossing up here. No in all seriousness, it's such a huge blessing to be able to work out of my backyard.
