Snowplows without any snow from @utahtransportation

The video presents a two-part joke using text overlays. It first shows two snowplows on a dry highway with a celebratory text overlay, then reveals in a second clip that they are actually cleaning up a gravel spill, not snow, subverting the viewer's initial expectation.
