Relatable diet joke skit from @shonuffmatt

The creator performs a comedic skit where he is initially stuck under a garage door. After showing he's eating a protein cookie, he easily slides out, gets to his feet, and begins dancing triumphantly, implying the cookie made him skinny enough to fit. The video uses text overlays to frame the joke around choosing a protein cookie over a regular, unhealthy one.
