Transcript excerpt
I think with running is that my goal and attention behind each one is always different. Sometimes I run because I'm genuinely excited to wake up early to watch the sunrise and to get it done before my work day even starts. Sometimes I'm in a completely bad mood and everything's annoying me and I just need to move my body. Sometimes it's the one time I get to catch up with my friends and the run is honestly the least important part. Other tier, I just don't wanna go at all. But I know it's what I need. And when I finish, I'm always so proud of myself. Sometimes it's about seeing new places, and sometimes it's just that I wanna listen to new music that I've recently saved. Sometimes the run best straight up sucks, and I have to walk most of it. And honestly, that's part of it too, because it all shapes you into not only a more resilient runner, but person as well. And so that's the cool thing about running. It's the sport that's there for you when you need it, and we'll meet you wherever you're
