Transcript excerpt

Three businesses, one woman, Japan. People ask me what I do in Japan, and here it is. One, I founded a bilingual PR agency called the Vegas PR Group. We're a team of seven people working in music, fashion, and other creative industries. Two, I run a grilled cheese restaurant in Tokyo called Buy Me Stand. My husband, Kaito, opened it in 2015. It was the first place in Japan to serve grilled cheese sandwiches. So Kaito passed away last year, and since then, I've been doing my best to keep it going, not just as a business, but as a piece of him that's here in Tokyo. Three, Kaito also created a fashion brand called Son of the Cheese. It's preppy, funny, with a lot of made in Japan pieces. No, yeah, three businesses, also two kids, and, one lady really going for it. So if you're into Japan, fashion, food, or if you really like Tokyo, please stick around.
