ERP injections. Six and a half. If done by the right person who knows exactly what they're doing and gets the right formulation, can be very helpful. The problem is worst people don't know what they're doing. It costs thousands of dollars. And in end stage arthritis, you're probably just delaying the inevitable. Partial knee replacement. 10. I'm a huge fan of partial knee replacement. I think for about thirty to fifty percent of people, this is a better option than full knee replacement. We leave two thirds of your knee alone. We don't take out your ACL. We keep your native alignment, more normal mechanics. You can get back to everything that you love. If you're a candidate for partial knee replacement, I think it is the best possible definitive treatment for knee arthritis. Cortisone injections. Six, I give these out all the tier, and I always tell patients that this is not solving the underlying problem. It doesn't get rid of the arthritis. It doesn't put the cartilage back, but it can reduce the inflammation. It can give you some time to avoid getting a knee replacement too soon. But in the long run, it may damage your cartilage. Gel shots. One. So hit and miss. Some people love
