Explaining four future fashion trends from @clayton.chambrs

The creator presents his four fashion predictions for the year 2026. He breaks down each prediction sequentially: first, the rise of 'sailing core' as a status symbol; second, the return of elevated 'airport style'; third, a cultural shift back to 'analog' real-life experiences; and fourth, the dominance of tracksuits driven by football culture and the World Cup. He supports each point with visual examples from brands, celebrities, and cultural events, and concludes by promoting his newsletter for a more detailed breakdown.

Transcript excerpt

My four fashion predictions for tier. First up is the rise of Sailing Corps where hobbies continue to become a new form of status. A little less so in the Lil Yachty Nautical way and more so in the GI Cashmere way. I must say their hand painted dishes go extremely hard. Parisian based Brut Vintage broke a bunch of dead stock nautical flags and turned them into jackets. Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman bought an Australian sailing team. Second, airport style is back. We all like to gush over the nineties airport style inspiration. Celebrities like Harry Styles and Zoe Kravitz are the mainstream inspiration for that. Figures like Aaron Levine with his famous airport selfies have created this sudden resurgence that guys especially should care about the way that they look when they're traveling, and I'm here for it. Number three is that we're going back to analog. 2026 is gonna be a cultural correction where brands are investing more in in real life programming, ultimately creating spaces where you don't need your phone to interact with other people. New York based Happy Medium has become a popular art cafe where you can take up pastimes like pottery, drawing, and knitting. Tier Birkenst
