Satirical food pyramid explanation from @barefoodtim

The creator satirically introduces a fictional 'new' US food pyramid, which he claims is the old one flipped upside down. He proceeds to build a meal on a plate, item by item, according to its absurd rules, adding steak, salmon, specific vegetables, and a large amount of dairy while providing humorous commentary. He concludes by joking that processed foods like cereal are now forbidden, a rule he refuses to accept.
