Transcript excerpt

Better? Salted butter. I know it's gonna, like, make everybody irritated. Salted better, and I use Cabot because we're in Vermont. I'm not gonna stock two kinds of better. We use salted for everything. Chocolate chips. It just depends where you live. My favorite is President's Choice chocolate chips, but that's really Canadian. My second favorite, which we use in the bakery, which I used in Paris, which I now use here that we're in Vermont, is Callettes, they're called. They're like little tiny tiny discs. Vegetable broth. This one's tricky because I like a clear vegetable broth, so I use the Target store brand in the green box. I have found the other store brands are cloudy and or have, like, a really weird chemically flavor, so that's one that we like the best. Flour? Okay. I live in Vermont. What do you what do you think I'm gonna say? It's King Arthur flour. When I lived in Paris and I was making cooking videos, we imported King Arthur flour to Paris to make the videos. King Arthur all the tier, no question, don't argue with me.
