Well, listen in. It turns out right here, right when you get into the nose, there are a bunch of blood vessels that are really close to the skin surface. And so anything that irritates them is good cause these blood vessels to get irritated, inflamed, and bleed. So what are the most common things? Well, one, it could be allergies. Anytime you're blowing your nose a lot or your nose is irritated, inflamed, the blood vessels get irritated, inflamed, and you get nosebleeds. Two, it might be that you have sinusitis or you have some other type of nasal infection that's causing the nose to get inflamed and bleed. And three, it might just be dryness. So the easiest thing to do if you're getting a lot of nosebleeds is to start using something like a nasal saline rinse. Just by spraying this into your nose a couple times a day, it can decrease the amount of dryness and hopefully stop the bleeding.
