Graphic Yap Videos
The Graphic Yap is a raw, phone-shot talking-head video with a steady stream of image overlays placed above, beside or over the speaker. The goal is to keep the screen changing. Silences are cut out, a new image appears every second or two, and the first overlay lands by second 2 to lift early retention. The speaker brings the personality and the graphics show what's being said, so viewers see the story as well as hear it. It works just as well for comparisons, this-or-that debates, and concept explainers. Reading along, watching the speaker and taking in each image keeps the viewer busy enough that a simple video holds attention far longer than a plain yap would.
