The narrator explains the Idaho Medical Freedom Act, a law banning vaccine mandates, by showing the activists who championed it, detailing the law's scope, and presenting the public health risks, such as measles outbreaks. The video then profiles the lead activist, Leslie Manookian, connects her movement to Robert F.
