Transcript excerpt
Why are people missing this? Data centers, luxury villas, they're all cool, but they ain't this. But the good news is is that your utopian dream is still alive because this 64 acre college campus in Michigan is for sale. Now imagine having a blank canvas on 668,000 square feet of training facilities and fields. Not to mention dorms, restaurants, and cafeterias to host whoever you want here. Dude Perfect University, perhaps? Or an r and d lab for IRL activations and production studios? Sure. Regardless of what it can be, Sienna Heights University is about to become the playground for whatever lunatic is crazy enough to buy it. My personal take is that the IMG of the North could look really sick. But then again, do not let Palmer Luckey get his hands on this thing. Now if you could get a shot at this, comment down below what you would build and send this to a friend who should buy it.
