Ironic spoken word poem performance from @rolo_tony
The creator performs a sarcastic, spoken-word style monologue directly to the camera, ironically agreeing with the idea of leaving a sports game early to 'beat traffic.' He systematically devalues the live experience of community and dramatic moments, using satire to ultimately champion the value of staying and participating in the shared cultural event.

Transcript excerpt
Oh, sure. Yeah. Let's leave early and beat the traffic. After all, I'd much rather get home, the place I currently spend all of my free tier, instead of staying here amongst all these sweaty strangers holding hope like a small light in our hands. I'd much rather save fifteen minutes and listen to this statistically impossible game tying field goal from the radio broadcast, closing my eyes tight to picture myself amongst the roar of screaming fans. Leaving early is great, especially if we're losing. After all, winning is the only truly worthwhile human experience. It's the last few minutes of the game. Why stop there? You can leave at half tier. Make it home before dark and catch the game at a local sports bar. It's an awful drag to watch anything live anyway without announcers telling you what and how to think. Plus, think of how much time you will save with no traffic on the way home. Better yet, save some time on the way there as well. Cut the drive and watch the game.
