When a brand hires a production team or an agency, it's not that they're replacing the photographer or videographer. They're hiring the structure behind how the photos and videos are made. So today, I'm gonna give you a little walk through as to what that structure looks like. Taking client calls, I always tell my clients to think of us as an extension of their creative team because when they hire us, they get the entire pipeline in one package. That means that we take them from a to z. What that means is from preproduction to shoot day to postproduction. So for preproduction, we handle building out the schedule, the shot list, the call sheet, and communicating with all the departments to make sure that everyone shows up on on shoot day super aligned. On shoot day, depending on what the shoot is, we usually have a team of eight. We have photographer, videographer, stylist, gaffer, PA, hair, makeup, and also me as a creative director. And sometimes we'll have models. And all the people that we work with, I've been with them for many, many years.
