Demonstrates foot strengthening exercises from @minnemals

The creator explains that uncontrolled toe gripping is a sign of weak foot muscles. They then demonstrate a series of four progressive exercises to improve foot strength and control, starting with a simple forward lean, moving to a single-leg heel hover, then adding a kettlebell for weight, and finally adding a swinging motion with the weight to challenge stability.

Transcript excerpt

Your toes gripping is a normal thing to do, but when it's uncontrolled and constant, it tells us there's weakness tier. Specifically, anytime you have to stabilize. Those toes gripping are compensating for something and that being weak foot muscles, but it's okay. I'm here to help. So we're gonna start by first learning how to activate those muscles. So tier with just a forward lean till you feel your toes pressing into the ground, but you need to stay relaxed and think long toes pressing into the ground, not that grip. Feeling all five points contact, then making it harder, hover your heel off the ground with all your right in best that one leg. Same thing though, don't let those toes curl, keep them long and in contact with the ground. Then to make that more challenging, you add a weight and then we can also start to swing that weight, really causing those foot muscles to have to stabilize. Best same thing, I'm staying controlled and not letting those automatically grip.
