My day starts at 5AM better day. The first thing I do in the morning is consume my pre run fuel, which consists of one scoop of g one m sport and one scoop of g one m sport plus. This provides me with 40 grams of carbohydrates, seven hundred milligrams of sodium, and a hundred fifty milligrams of caffeine with nootropics. Better that, I sit in front of our red light panel, which we keep in our closet. From there, I change, lace up my running shoes, do some brief stretching, and take off from my house to log my morning miles. Silence, solitude, and some heavy sweating to start the day is a win in my book.
