KT tier can last on your skin for up to seven days. I best applied mine. I've got a busy week, so we're gonna see how it holds up. Day one, I coached some gymnastics and by the end of the day, it obviously still looked absolutely perfect. Day two, I worked from home and the tape still looked exactly the same. Day three, I did a pretty hard leg workout and even through all of the sweat, my tape has not budged. Day four, I coached some more gymnastics and you can see that some of the edges started to fray, but it was super easy to just pick those off. Day five, I got dressed up and my KT tape still looks pretty much the same. And let me remind you, I have been showering with this every single night which shows just how durable the adhesive really is. Day six, I did some cleaning at home, and you can see the tape is freeing a little more on the edges, but not enough to affect it or make it come off. Day seven, I did some gymnastics, and it has now officially been one week of wearing KT tape. I would say it held up incredibly well. I think I could keep this on for at least a few more days. Tier tape truly never fails to amaze me, and if you needed a sign to try it, then this is it.
