Transcript excerpt

This is day 19 of my journey to becoming a high school varsity basketball player. Today, the head coach of my school's varsity team saw one of my videos and told my friend that varsity isn't realistic for me. He said he's looking to build a serious program and that I should aim for JV instead. To be honest, he's right. Right now, I'm nowhere near varsity level. I can barely dribble the ball. My shooting is horrendous, and I have no athleticism. But what I do have is time. I have six months to go from this to varsity level material. So from here on out, I'll be training every single day until tryouts. This isn't about basketball anymore. It's about proving everyone wrong. Follow to see me make varsity. I have six months until tryouts.
