Breakdown of millionaire tax increase from @timmchiusano
The speaker advocates for a proposed city tax increase on millionaires by breaking down his own projected $22,000 tax hike into a $60 daily cost. He visually and verbally deconstructs exactly how this daily amount would be distributed across various city services like childcare, housing, and transit, ultimately framing the tax as a necessary investment in the city's future.

About 15 towards building affordable housing, repairing existing night gen, strengthening tenant protections. About 10 towards faster bus lanes to potentially free or reduced bus fares. About $7 towards social services, and around 5 to actually run and implement all of this. And about 3 or so for contingency because not everything works perfectly right away.
