Photo essay on local rebuilds from @yoonj_kim

The creator documents the rapid gentrification and real estate changes in Altadena following a fire. She films herself taking photographs of new construction sites and neighborhood signs, using sequential text overlays to explain how disaster leads to fast rebuilds and price spikes, ultimately arguing that the local community is being priced out by outside developers.
