Transcript excerpt

There is one role right now that every company is coming to me and hiring for. I run a recruiting business, particularly for social media teams. So companies come to us to say, hey. We're looking for a Gen z female, 27 years old in, you know, Idaho that can make 15 to 30 videos per month. And we go out and we find that specific person rank act like a recruiter or a headhunter and find them and place them within the brand, do a full interview process, all that. But something that has been asked to me lately in the last, like, two weeks, there's probably been five or six people that have asked me this, and it's a head of social. The way that I look at it is kind of like a creative director. So this person is overseeing the vision for every single touch point that is visual. So that is the social account. That is what do our events look like. That is who are we partnering with and why. And it's very, like, community oriented. Like, you need to have an understanding of the community. But first and foremost, it is overarching social strategy.
