33 year old dad, two girls, and here are four rules that I'm living by to get to the best shape of my life in 2026. Rule number one, a short workout every single morning, and that can be at home with dumbbells. It could be doing push ups or just going on a walk or run. If it's all you got is thirty minutes, you still won the day if you show up. Rule number two is protein anchors every meal. Protein is a nonnegotiable macronutrient. I'm doing my best to cut snacking out completely. I'm going to eat smart, and I'm going to intermittent fast a couple of days a week. Fuel smart because energy comes from what you consume. Rule number three, removing what drains you. I'm cutting out negativity. I'm limiting over scrolling. Limiting alcohol, no porn. Healthy boundaries like this protect your potential. And rule number four is training for decades, not just summers. I'm taking a marathon mindset to 2026, not get fit quick hacks or quick fixes. Because true success isn't measured in days, it's measured in years. Commit to the process and who you're becoming. That's right. Let's go. Thanks for watching. Follow for more content like this. Boom. Bye bye.
