Against all odds, I just got the keys to my dream New York City apartment. So welcome to Caro crafting home edition. And there's no furniture I'm bringing from my last place. So we're really starting from scratch here design wise. I responded to this listing ten minutes after it was posted and it was closed twenty minutes later because there was hundreds of people trying to tour it. Guys, I felt so connected to this space. I started tearing up at the show. The realtor was like, oh, are you the one that works at Google? I regretfully told him, no, I'm self employed. So he goes, oh, well, do you have a guarantor? To which I also regretfully say, no, it is just me. But I was delusionally determined, and I wrote the owner a personal better. And I basically said, okay, I may not work at Google, and my documents may be all over the place, but this is my dream apartment, and I'm an artist, and I'm gonna take the best care of it. I promise.
